2023 PRESIDENCY: OHANAEZE COURTS PRINCE NED NWOKO,
DESCRIBES HIM AS ONE OF THE BRIGHTEST NIGERIAN OF IGBO EXTRACTION

The President General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, the Pan Igbo sociocultural organization, Prof George Obiozor, has described Prince Ned Nwoko as one of the best and brightest Nigerian of Igbo extraction.

The erudite professor and consummate diplomat, stated this on Friday 28 May, when he lead the executive of the organization on a courtesy visit to Prince Ned Nwoko at his Mount Ned Nwoko Tourist resort and cultural centre, Idumuje Ugboko, Delta State.

Since his inauguration as the President General of the Igbo’s apex organization, Prof Obiora and his executive have been crisscrossing the nooks and crannies of the country, canvassing for a Nigerian president of Igbo extraction come 2023 as well as shopping for a credible candidate that will be accepted by Nigerians across the divide.
Insisting that Igbo presidency will diffuse the tension in the nation and enhanced a more united Nigeria.

In the words of the Processor emeritus, “the Leadership of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, wants to congratulate you on your achievement, especially in establishing the Proposed STARS University, (premier sports university in West Africa) Idumuje-Ugboko and your efforts in the fight to eradicate the scourge of Malaria in Africa.”

“I have been following your sterling achievements as an accomplished international lawyer for several decades especially during my diplomatic service years, as Nigeria’s envoy to the US and also the State of Israel”

Continuing Prof Obiora said, “from sparkling records of your performance, I want to say that you are one of the best and brightest Nigerians of Igbo extraction”

The professor emeritus while presenting Prince Ned Nwoko with the copy of the position of Ohanaeze Ndigbo on the current state of affairs in the country, titled ‘The Journey So Far, emphasized that Igbo presidency will diffuse the tension in the country and enhance a more united Nigeria.
