..Vows to do more in support of Okowa’s S.M.A.R.T Agenda.

In fulfillment of the promise he made during the inauguration ceremony of his excellency Sen. (Dr) Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, business mogul Andrew Evbie through his foundation the Andrew Evbie Foundation has successfully carried out a three day free medical care program.
The three day program which ran from 12 to 14th September and drew participants from across the state was organized in conjunction with the prestigious Williams Medical/Diagnostic Center Ekrejebor Ughelli.
Speaking to newsmen at the end of the 3 day program, Andrew Evbie restated his commitment to supporting the policies of the Okowa led government, with special priority to be given to health, education and youth empowerment.
According to Andrew, his excellency Dr Ifeanyi Okowa has set an all encompassing agenda for deltans, the onus is therefore on those who can support to do so, vowing to do even more for his people.
Many of the participants who spoke to us, were full of praise for Andrew Evbie, with many wondering how he has managed to continually keep to his promises, a trait not synonymous to Nigeria politicians, they made it clear that although he hasn’t given any hint of running for elections but if he eventually does, they all will queue behind him, as he has proven to be a leader with his people at heart.
According to records made available by the foundation and the hospital, 2237 people participated from the free medical care scheme, with many near death cases averted.
The philanthropist par excellence who has pledged to continuing providing scholarships for indigent students, has also through his foundation approve the welcome back to school project, with books and school items to be distributed across schools in the coming weeks.
