HON. PRINCE NED NWOKO HONOURED BY ARISE O NIGERIA.

The charismatic and ebullient Prince of Anioma nation, a man who has devoted much of his time, energy and resources to ensuring that the less privileged in the society especially in the rural communities enjoy good and better life, Hon. Prince Ned Nwoko was on the Honour roll of an NGO, Arise O Nigeria.
The flamboyant politician and the major contender for the Delta North 2019 Senatorial seat, has a blooming feather added to his souring wings over the weekend.
The man that saved Nigeria from catastrophic and unimaginable economic doom, through his dogged fights to ensure that excess loan deductions collected by Nigerian’s foreign creditors were remitted back to the country, through the much talked Paris Club Excess Loan Refunds, Hon. Prince Ned Nwoko, continued to receive accolades and commendations from different sections of the Nigerian society.
Over the weekend, Arise O Nigeria, did rolled out drums to acknowledged the great Anioma icon as the NGO embroiled his name in Gold for his remarkable contributions towards the upliftment of humanity.
It was indeed a celebration of service to humanity as the UN certificated NGO in Nigeria, on Friday spread out red carpet to unveiled Hon. Prince Ned Nwoko as her Patron in an investiture held at Nelrose Hotel Asaba.
In his citations during the investiture, the President of Arise O Nigeria, Amb. Jonathan Ojadah Daniel, said ” today, we are honouring a rare Nigerian, Hon. Prince Ned Nwoko for his remarkable contributions to humanity and for his track records in humanitarian projects which have created uncommon opportunities for the less privileged and we are celebrating his passion for humanity and commitments to social welfare.”
The award which followed pageantry contests and seminar on leaderships, was attended by eminent personalities across the country.
Receiving the award on behalf of Hon. Prince Ned Nwoko, who was unavoidably away from the country, Hon. Emeka Nmadu thanked the Organization for acknowledging Prince Ned Nwoko’s penchant for humanitarian services.
Hon. Emeka Nmadu, retaliated the commitment of the Prince of Anioma nation to assisting the State Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture to develop Tourism in the State as a means of generating revenues and creating jobs for the youths in the State adding that the reasons for Hon. Prince Ned Nwoko’s development of the Mount Ned Nwoko Resort at Idumuje Ugboko, was to expand the Tourism potentials of the State.
Among the dignitaries on the award roll call were; Alhaji Atiku Abubabar (GCON), fmr Vice President, Federal Republic of Nigeria, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, the executive Governor of Delta State and five other Governors across the country.
