DR AMAIHUNWA EULOGIES PROF OYOVBAIRE AT 79.

The doyen of academic excellence and Delta State enigmatic political colossus, High Chief Prof Sam Oyovbarie, has been described as a man of impeachable character with high esteem integrity whose examplenary life has been a source of inspiration to so many persons that have come in contact with him.
These eulogies on the erudite Profession was made through a birthday felicitation message sent to the Prof on his 79th birthday anniversary by the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Health Monitoring, Dr Kingsley Amaihunwa.
In the birthday annihilated message released to the Press, Dr Amaihunwa said, “today, my mentor and political father, High Chief Prof Sam Oyovbarie celebrates 79th anniversary of his eventful sojourn in this our beautiful world.”
